If you're a Gold fundraiser and thinking about handing your fundraising over to another fundraiser it's easy. Follow these easy steps:

1. Download the Gold Transfer of account form (if you are not a Gold fundraiser, please call the Careline on 0871 376 99 77 and an advisor will available to help
   
   
2. Fill in your account details and the new fundraiser's details and sign
   
   
3. Post it back today
   
   
4. A new account will be set up for your new fundraiser with all the benefits
