Terms and Conditions


Returning Goods



(i) If, upon delivery, goods are incorrect or damaged in any way please telephone our Careline 0871 376 99 77, where our staff will be available to advise you. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of our goods, you can return them within 21 days. To return goods, please complete a goods return form, which is on the back of your invoice, and send it with the item(s) to:

(ii) For your own protection, we advise you to keep a posting receipt of any goods you return. Please allow 21 days for your account to be credited with any returns.

(iii) Furniture & Larger Item Returns. For furniture and larger items, please telephone the customer services Careline 0871 376 99 77 where you will be advised on the returns procedure.

Please ensure that due care and attention is taken when un-packing your furniture purchase. Returns will only be accepted in the original packaging within your 14 day approval period.

(iv) Petrol Powered Lawnmowers. Please note that petrol products should never be transported with petrol inside. We are unable to accept a returned item containing petrol due to Health & Safety legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

(v) Jewellery Returns. Telephone our Careline on 0871 376 99 77 where you will be advised on the returns procedure. Please use the Special Delivery post service for returning jewellery items with a value in excess of £50.

(vi) Non Returnable Goods. Personalised items are excluded from our 21 working day return period, as is pre-recorded material, music and digital downloads, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken. Mobile phones are also non-returnable if activated. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars are also excluded from return. You may only return these items if faulty or damaged.

(vii) Swimwear Returns. For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we are not able to exchange or offer you a refund if you decide you no longer want swimwear which by their nature cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected should the garments be faulty or damaged, however.
